I highly recommend this company. I have had my Luna for months & I've only charged it once. I then ordered the Bear and unfortunately ran into some charging problems with it but Pamela was so helpful in expediting my claim. I had a hard time at first filing the claim but she walked me through it step by step. I couldnt have asked for a more helpful guide. The customer service was awesome.

I had an issue with my Foreo Bear on the second month of using it and Rafaela helped remedy it quickly so I didn’t have any lapses in skincare! I’m super happy with her service! And my skin thanks you Rafaela!
Superb customer service
I ordered 2 products with the wrong address. But Foreo handles it for me. Their service is very good. I feel that they take care of their customers very carefully. The products look beautifully.

Amazing customer service and support I have received. I would like to highlight the help provided by Teo, from the first day I wrote my complaint. The support provided was not only friendly and complete, but also timely. The issue is being resolved, for which I am very impressed and grateful to Teo.
Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service. Prompt replies and follow ups. They don't have is stock the item I sent as faulty and I was offered to choose something I would like from the website of equivalent value. There were no dramas. The conversation emails were always very positive making me feel very confident with the company.
